How to lose a stone in two months. No sleep and huge amounts of stress!

So it turns out that no sleep and huge amounts of stress can actually help you lose weight. I can’t see a problem with that!!

I was surprised to find I’d lost almost a stone. Over about two months. We’ll maybe I shouldn’t be that surprised, the last two months have been very stressful, and for the first time, I haven’t used food as a crutch. Rather the other way.

I’m being a bit flippant. Also, I’ve been laying the groundwork for better health. No chocolate since November, no booze since Christmas and lots of walking. But I certainly don’t think the stress of buying a house has been great.
