There's something so delightful about riding the DLR. I was in Silvertown this week and particularly loved that branch: The elevated section at West Silvertown and Pontoon Dock offers fantastic views, and then at the end of the line, the train plunges down into a pitch black tunnel under the river towards Woolwich Arsenal. Better than a rollercoaster!

The DLR is lovely isn't it. A kind of London future that didn't quite happen, already feels a bit of a relic. Your writing about London is lovely.
